Miguel has more than 30 years of experience working in Financial Law. He has progressed his professional career in various leading law firms and companies such as Cuatrecasas and Cremades & Calvo Sotelo. He has stood out in recent years as a specialist in the FinTech and innovation world, being recognised by Chambers and Partners since 2012 as an expert in financial institutions and in FinTech. He is the founding partner of Linares Abogados, where since 2010 he has developed an array of legal advice to Spanish and international financial insti-tutions, in regulatory matters, always with a sustainable vision.

He has a law degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Masters of Law in International Banking and Financial Law from Boston University. Miguel has collaborated in different postgraduate programs at ICADE, Universidad San Pablo CEU, APD, IEB and Universidad Europea de Madrid.
